MasterA AI ("we") provides API access to AI inference endpoints (LLM chat, vision/OCR, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, image generation, embeddings) on a pay-as-you-go or subscription basis, including via third-party marketplaces (RapidAPI, Zyla, OpenRouter, etc.).
You may not use the API to generate illegal content, malware, content that violates third-party rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are energy self-sufficient, operating our own independent power generation rather than relying on an external energy provider. Availability may still be affected by dependencies on internet service providers, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen incidents. Scheduled maintenance is always performed during periods of minimal API demand and is kept to a few minutes whenever possible.
Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MasterA AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from API use.
We may update these terms; continued use of the API constitutes acceptance.
