Terms of Service

1. Service

MasterA AI ("we") provides API access to AI inference endpoints (LLM chat, vision/OCR, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, image generation, embeddings) on a pay-as-you-go or subscription basis, including via third-party marketplaces (RapidAPI, Zyla, OpenRouter, etc.).

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use the API to generate, request or distribute:

illegal content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights;
sexual content involving minors (any depiction, description or request);
content that incites, glorifies or gives instructions for violence, terrorism or the killing of people, including threats against individuals or groups;
racist, hateful or discriminatory content, including propaganda or material that demeans or dehumanises people because of their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability;
fraud, scams, phishing, forged documents, or the theft or misuse of personal data;
instructions to make weapons, explosives or other devices intended to cause harm, or to manufacture or traffic illegal drugs;
sexual content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent, including deepfakes and “undressing” of photos;
content that encourages or gives instructions for suicide or self-harm;
deceptive impersonation of real people or organisations, and disinformation presented as genuine news.

Adult nudity is not in itself prohibited. You also may not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.

To enforce these rules, requests and responses are checked by automated filters before they reach or leave the models. A request blocked by these filters is not charged, and you will receive a message explaining which policy topic was involved. We may suspend or terminate access to the API for repeated or serious violations of these rules.

3. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are energy self-sufficient, operating our own independent power generation rather than relying on an external energy provider. Availability may still be affected by dependencies on internet service providers, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen incidents. Scheduled maintenance is always performed during periods of minimal API demand and is kept to a few minutes whenever possible.

4. Liability

Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MasterA AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from API use.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the API constitutes acceptance.
