MasterA AI provides API access to AI inference models (LLM chat, vision, speech, image generation, embeddings). When you use our API, we process the prompts, files, and parameters you submit in order to generate a response.
We do not use customer prompts, completions, uploaded files, or any API request/response data to train or fine-tune any models.
Request/response logs are retained for 30 days for abuse monitoring, debugging, and reliability purposes, then automatically and permanently deleted. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
MasterA AI runs on self-hosted, solar-powered infrastructure located in Greece (EU). Inference is processed on dedicated hardware we own and operate.
